How do I purchase?
Online – Credit Card
The fastest and most secure way is to purchase
online. On each of
our individual product pages, at the bottom, there is a ‘Buy
Online’ button. This will take you to an Order Form where you
need to fill in your details. After you press ‘Submit’ you
will be taken to our online payment partner, WorldPay, to complete
the transaction. Once, approved, the order is sent to us to for dispatch
(for delivery details, see below) and WorldPay will send a confirmation
email to the address you put in the Order Form.

Remember to include VAT if you are purchasing from the UK. Non-UK
purchasers are requested to include their tax numbers, otherwise
VAT should be added at 17.5%. If you require an official quote
or pro forma, please contact us.
The cheque will need to clear before we ship the product.

There are other ways we accept payment, such as wire transfer. Contact
us if neither of
the above suits you. Do you take all credit cards?
We take all major credits cards for online purchases. We do not
currently take Amex.
From whom do I purchase?
You may purchase direct from us, or you may prefer to purchase from
one of our Resellers. When will it be delivered?
If you order online by midday (GMT) then we will send the product
out the same day. For UK deliveries, this is normally next day.
For all other deliveries, we ship via UPS Express service which
normally takes 1-2 days to Europe, and 1-3 days to the USA. If
you have any delivery queries, please contact
us. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included for all products, the price you see on the screen
is the price you will pay – no delivery fees are added
at ‘checkout’.
What is included in the box?
Our product is a ‘boxed’ product (except LinkUP Pricing).
The box contains a manual, a CD of the software and a dongle
(software licence security key). It also contains details about how to
purchase
additional support.
